গ্নু হেল্থ/পণ্য ও সেবার ব্যবস্থাপনা

পণ্য সম্পর্কে ধারণা সম্পাদনা
ট্রাইটনে পার্টির মত প্রোডাক্টও একটি মৌলিক ধারণার অন্তর্ভুক্ত। কোন পণ্যের ব্যবহার গ্নু হেল্থে নিতে চাইলে আগে সেই পণ্যকে গ্নু হেল্থে অন্তর্ভুক্ত করে কনফিগার করে নিতে হবে।
তিন প্রকারের পণ্য গ্নু হেল্থে আছেঃ
- Assets
- Goods
- Services
পণ্যের ফর্ম ভিউতে যে ট্যাব এবং ফিল্ডগুলো দেখাবে, তা এই প্রকারের উপর ভিত্তি করে।
প্রতিটি পণ্যকে একটি ক্যাটাগরিতে ফেলা যাবে, এবং এর এক বা একাধিক ভিন্নতা থাকতে পারে।
হাসপাতালের চালান তৈরির জন্য পণ্য হল মুল বিষয়। কাজেই খরচ নির্ধারণের জন্য প্রতিটি পণ্যের একটি তালিকা মূল্য, একটি ক্রয় মূল্য এবং পরিমাপের ইউনিট থাকা প্রয়োজন।
বিভিন্ন প্রকার পণ্যের পরিচিতি সম্পাদনা
পণ্যের ফর্মের নিচের অংশে কিছু চেকবক্স আছে যাতে পণ্যের প্রকার নির্দিষ্ট করে দেয়া যায়ঃ
- Medicament
- Medical Supply
- Vaccine
- Bed
- Insurance Plan
নতুন ঔষধ পণ্য অন্তর্ভুক্ত করা সম্পাদনা
জরুরি জ্ঞাতব্যঃ গ্নু হেল্থের ঔষধজাতীয় পণ্যগুলো অবশ্যই আগে ট্রাইটনের Product অংশে অন্তর্ভুক্ত করে নিতে হবে। এরপর তা গ্নু হেল্থের Medicament এ আমদানি করা যাবে।
- প্রতিটি পণ্য আলাদা আলাদা অন্তর্ভুক্ত করা যাবে কিংবা অনেকগুলো পণ্য CSV ফাইলের মাধ্যমে লোড করা যাবে।
- যে ইউনিটে রোগী কোন পণ্য কিনে থাকে, অবশ্যই একই ইউনিটের মূল্য গ্নু হেল্থের রেকর্ডে থাকতে হবে। যেমন- Amoxicillin 500 mg capsules, এখানে ইউনিট হল capsules। আবার Amoxicillin 250 mg/5ml oral liquid এর ক্ষেত্রে ইউনিট হল mL।
- ঔষধের ডোজ বা মাত্রার ইউনিটের জন্য কিছু ডিফল্ট ভ্যালু আগেই তৈরি করে নিতে হবে। (tablet, capsule, mL, vial ইত্যাদি)
- পণ্যের রেকর্ড তৈরির সময় Consumable, Medicament এবং Purchasable এই তিনটি বক্সে সর্বদা টিক দিবেন।
- Purchasable বক্সে টিক দেয়ার পর Supplier নামে একটি নতুন ট্যাব আসবে। এখানে কোন নির্দিষ্ট পণ্যের সরবরাহকারীদের তথ্য রাখা যাবে।
- Medicaments অথবা Medicaments/WHO essential medicines নামে একটি ক্যাটেগরি তৈরি করুন।
প্রাথমিক সেটআপ হয়ে গেলে আপনি গ্নু হেল্থের মডিউলে Health/Configuration/Medicaments অংশে ঔষধজাতীয় পণ্যের রেকর্ড তৈরি কিংবা আমদানি করতে পারবেন।
যে পণ্য আমদানি করবেন, তার নামের কিছু অক্ষর টাইপ করুন, এটি আপনাকে সদৃশ ফলাফল দেখাবে।
পণ্যের সাথে ফার্মাকোলজিকাল ক্যাটেগরি যোগ করুন, পূর্বে উল্লেখিত ঔষধের ক্যাটেগরি হবে Antibacterials।
প্রয়োজন সাপেক্ষে Pregnancy ট্যাবের Pregnancy Warning বক্সে চেক করে রাখুন। এতে নির্দিষ্ট বয়সের কোন মহিলা রোগীর প্রেসক্রিপশন তৈরির সময় সতর্ক বার্তা দিবে।
ঔষধের Active Component সিলেক্ট করে দিন। এটি WHO এর essential medicines তালিকা থেকে সিলেক্ট করতে হবে।
ক্যাটেগরিসমূহ সম্পাদনা
একরকম পণ্য সমূহ একত্রে রাখার জন্য ক্যাটেগরি ব্যবহৃত হয়। ক্যাটেগরি তৈরি, সম্পাদনা অথবা ডিলিট করতে চাইলে এই মেনুতে যানঃ Product → Categories
গ্নু হেল্থের ক্যাটেগরির নমুনা হতে পারে এরূপঃ
- Imaging Services
- Insurances
- Lab Services
- Medicaments
একটি নির্দিষ্ট ক্যাটেগরির সকল প্রোডাক্ট/পণ্য দেখার জন্য ক্যাটেগরির লিস্ট ভিউয়ে যান, এরপর পছন্দমত যেকোনো একটি ক্যাটেগরিতে ডাবল ক্লিক করুন।
Invoicing Patients সম্পাদনা
১ম ধাপ: Listing Health Services to be Invoiced সম্পাদনা
To invoice a patient for hospitalizations, examinations, treatments, medicaments, expendable items etc. you need to create a new record in the Health → Health Services → Health Services section.
A Health Services record consists of the following data:
- Patient
- Date
- ID (set automatically)
- Description (e.g. "Medical evaluation and prescription")
- Invoice to: The recipient of the invoice (which is not necessarily identical with the patient). Since this is a link to a Party record you can not only bill patients or persons but institutions as well.
In the Service Line section you add the products and services to be charged. Each service line consist of the following fields:
- Invoice
- Product
- Description
- Qty: The quantity.
- From
- To
২য় ধাপ: চালান তৈরি করা সম্পাদনা
When the Health Services record is complete, click on the Action button in the toolbar and choose the Create Health Service Invoice command. A dialog box will appear asking you whether you want to create an Invoice based on the information you have entered in the Health Services record. Click the Create Invoice button.
Things that may go wrong at this point:
- If you get the error message "No Payment Term associated to the Patient": Go to Party → Parties → People, open the record of the patient you are about to bill, switch to the Accounting tab and fill in the Customer Payment Term field. Make sure to save the record before going back to Health → Health Services → Health Services and trying to create the invoice again.
- If you get an error message similar to "There is no account expense/revenue defined on the product paracetamol (30)": Go to Product → Products, open the record of the product mentioned in the error message, switch to the Accounting tab and fill in both the Account Revenue and the Account Expense field. Make sure to save the record before going back to Health → Health Services → Health Services and trying to create the invoice again.
After you have sucessfully created the invoice, the Health Services record changes its state from Draft to Invoiced. However, the process is not complete at this point (and you could still revert the Health Services record to its Draft state by clicking the Set to Draft button if necessary).
For the final steps you must switch to the Financial → Invoices → Invoices section. There you will find your new invoice, still in Draft state. Open the invoice, complete it as necessary, then validate it.
An invoice can have one of the following states:
- Draft: The initial state.
- Validated: An invoice that has been validated can not be edited anymore. However, you could change the state of the invoice to Draft or Cancelled by clicking the appropriate buttons.
- Cancelled: An invoice that has been cancelled can not be edited either. However, you could change the state of the invoice to Draft again which will allow editing.
- Payed: Clicking the Post button will bring an invoice to the Paid stage. The invoice can not be edited anymore, and you can't change its state neither.
