My name is Nahid Sultan but you can call me Nahid. I hail from Bangladesh. Bengali is my native language but I'm able to reply to inquiries in English. Here on meta, I'm an administrator. I used to be a steward, however, I resigned in 2021 to avoid any potential conflict of interest with my professional role. I still have a few global userrights including global administrator and Global renamer. I'm engaged in movement communications activities and one of the members of the communications committee. I am also active in doing Wikimedia works offline—working actively for Wikimedia Bangladesh chapter where I also served as a Secretary from 2016 to 2020. In 2016-17 term, I also served as an Ombudsman commission member for the Wikimedia Foundation Board of Trustees.
